If you know someone that loves exploring our Planet, then a voucher is the perfect gift!
Send vouchers direct to the person you are gifting, you can record a video message for them to receive with the voucher, or simply write them a message.
A variety of amounts are available starting from as little as £10 right up to £50 and the voucher can be redeemed against any sessions we offer as well as products from our Refuel Café!
Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your chosen recipient will receive one containing their voucher as well as the video or written message. The voucher will be in the form of a QR code and can be presented at the stage of payment on site to be redeemed.
All vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed when booking online or on site (please note you are only able to record a video message from online purchases at home, this option is not available on site).
Vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction and change can’t be given if the full value of the voucher isn’t redeemed.
